Technical questions

Which file formats do you work with?

We work from technical drawings in common CAD formats. Send a dimensioned drawing with material details and we’ll run a feasibility assessment.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

It depends on part geometry and process. Samples and low-volume work are assessed separately and stated clearly in the quote.

How are lead times determined?

Based on material supply, number of processes and current line load — the lead time is stated in writing in the quote.

Do you provide export documentation?

We support the technical and quality documentation required for shipping and customs processes.
