From first exam to follow-up visit, a trustworthy digital experience at every step

The features a veterinary clinic genuinely needs

Not decoration, but components that do the work. Each one was chosen to make the pet owner's life easier and to keep the clinic's operations in order.

Online appointment request

The pet owner shares the animal's species, the concern and a preferred time window in just a few steps. The request reaches the clinic directly, easing the phone load.

Service and treatment catalog

Services such as vaccination, check-ups, surgery, dental care and internal exams are explained plainly: what they are and why they matter. Information, not a price promise.

Clinic gallery

A photo gallery of exam rooms, the waiting area and equipment. Visitors get to know the space before they even walk in, so trust is built early.

Location and directions

A map link, parking notes and public-transit guidance. In an urgent moment, it opens the fastest route to the clinic with a single tap.

Care and info blog

Regular articles on topics like seasonal parasites, nutrition and vaccination schedules. It informs the pet owner while also improving visibility in search engines.

TR / EN multilingual structure

Full Turkish and English content for the expat pet owners living in the city. Switching languages works with one click, consistently across every page.

Our path from idea to launch

  1. 01

    Clinic briefing

We listen to the clinic's services, patient profile and priorities. Together we clarify what belongs on the first screen and set the scope down in writing.

  2. 02

    Interface design

We build a visual language that feels calm and reassuring. We present the screen designs for your approval, with a mobile-first layout, readable typography and a clear appointment call.

  3. 03

    Content and copy

We write every service in an honest, measured voice suited to a health field. We answer what the pet owner wonders clearly, without ever promising a guaranteed outcome.

  4. 04

    Launch and handover

We publish the site, set up the admin panel and hand it to you. You can update content yourself, adding a new service or article without needing us.

Frequently asked questions

Can we update the content ourselves from the panel?

Yes. You edit service descriptions, gallery photos, blog posts and working hours from an admin panel that needs no coding knowledge. We also give a short walkthrough at handover.

How does an appointment request reach the clinic?

The form the visitor fills in lands instantly in the email address you define and, if you like, in a request list within the panel. We can also combine it with a WhatsApp redirect.

Is integration with our existing systems possible?

We assess it based on the appointment, accounting or communication tools you use. From standard form notifications to calendar and messaging integrations, we set the scope together.

What is the scope of this case study?

What you see here belongs to a conceptual demo, not a real client. It was made to show how Piküp approaches content, design and feature planning in the veterinary sector.

Considering a similar site for your clinic?

This demo is a starting point. Let's talk about your own clinic's services, tone and priorities, and shape a structure made just for you.
