A conceptual example project prepared by Piküp Medya. It does not belong to a real company.
The conceptual web experience we designed for Pusula Tur brings every step a tour operator needs under one roof — from the tour catalog to the booking request, from multilingual content to an interactive map. Our goal: earn the traveler's trust at first click, and let the business handle every inquiry in an organized way.
The modules we built into the Pusula Tur concept were chosen to support the daily flow of a real tourism site. Each one is manageable from the admin panel and runs smoothly on mobile.
Presents each tour on its own page with daily itineraries, included services and accommodation details. Filtering and category structure help the traveler find what they're looking for fast.
Requests arrive with dates, party size and preferences, landing directly in the business's inbox and admin panel. Instead of payment, we design a secure request flow based on the team's confirmation.
A section where routes, stays and experiences come alive through a high-resolution gallery. Images are uploaded from the panel, letting travelers feel the destination before they arrive.
A view where stops, meeting points and the route are marked on a map. Travelers grasp the scope of the tour clearly, in a geographic sense.
The Turkish and English versions of the same tour are managed from a single panel. Language switching works seamlessly for operators reaching international guests.
A content area that builds search-engine visibility with destination guides, travel tips and FAQs. New posts go live from the panel within minutes.
We listen to your tour portfolio, target guest profile and seasonal priorities. Through competitor analysis, we clarify together which tours the site should bring to the front.
We design an interface aligned with your brand identity, along with tour page templates and the booking flow. Every screen is built mobile-first, fast and accessible.
We prepare tour copy, itinerary details and the gallery layout, then place the multilingual versions. The copy both informs the traveler and is written to suit search engines.
We test the site, take it live and train your team on the panel. That way you can comfortably manage adding tours, updating dates and tracking requests yourselves.
Yes. The site is delivered with an admin panel that requires no coding knowledge. Adding a new tour, changing an itinerary, updating dates or availability, and uploading gallery photos each take just a few minutes from the panel.
When a traveler fills out the form, the request is saved to the admin panel and also sent as a notification to the email address you specify. If you like, WhatsApp or call-center routing can be added to the flow.
Yes. Integration can be planned with the booking software, calendar tool or payment infrastructure you use. We define the scope together during discovery and share technical feasibility transparently.
No. Pusula Tur is a conceptual example that shows our approach. We prepare an original design and content structure tailored to your brand, tour portfolio and target audience.
We can build the structure you see in the Pusula Tur example, adapted to your own tours and brand. Get in touch with the Piküp Medya team to talk through your idea.
