DigiCardSystem is the corporate digital business card platform built by Piküp Medya. It is designed to manage a team’s cards, not just one person’s: the admin opens a card from the panel, the department template and logo come in automatically, the employee edits their own card and you keep control.

Who builds DigiCardSystem?
DigiCardSystem is the own product of Piküp Medya, based in İzmir, Türkiye. The platform runs at digicardsystem.com; for team setup, templates and brand adaptation you can request a meeting with the Piküp team.
How do the trials work?
The free plan gives a 3-day trial without a credit card; when it ends, cards and features are restricted until a paid plan is chosen. Starter and Pro are trialled with full features for 14 days; cancel before the end and you are not charged.
How many cards can I create?
1 on Free, 10 on Starter, 50 on Pro. Enterprise customers get unlimited cards. When you hit the limit you upgrade and continue.
How do I share cards?
Every card gets a unique link and QR code. Add the link to your email signature, print the QR on a card or share it over WhatsApp/LinkedIn. Adding to contacts via vCard (.vcf) is supported too.
Can I use my own NFC card or an external QR tag?
Yes. DigiCardSystem is a profile hosting and management platform; each card’s HTTPS link can be used in the QR on a paper card or in a third-party NFC tag redirect. You don’t need to source physical cards from the platform.
How does the custom domain work?
On Pro you serve card links on your own domain, for example cards.yourcompany.com/c/… DNS verification completes in a few minutes.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards (iyzico), 3D Secure and instalments (PayTR), and bank transfer. All payments are processed in Türkiye and encrypted with SSL.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime from the Subscription page in the panel. Service stays active until the end of the current period; there is no cancellation fee.
Is my data safe?
All data is stored on servers in Türkiye. HTTPS is enforced, passwords are hashed with bcrypt and every action is written to an audit log. Accounts lock automatically after 5 failed login attempts.
