Turkish ERP Software Compared: Logo, Mikro, Akınsoft, Canias

The best-known ERP products developed in Türkiye include Logo, Mikro, Akınsoft, Canias, Nebim and Uyumsoft. They do not do the same job: some serve small businesses starting from basic bookkeeping and stock, some serve production-heavy mid-sized and large companies, and some focus on a single sector such as retail. To choose the right one, first pin down your sector, your scale and your e-document requirements, then test no more than three products with your own data.

Why choose a Turkish ERP?

The clearest advantage of a local ERP is how closely it follows Turkish regulation. The e-document system run by Türkiye's Revenue Administration (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı) covers e-Invoice, e-Archive Invoice, e-Waybill, the e-Self-Employment Receipt and the e-Producer Receipt, and the technical rules for these applications are updated from time to time. Local vendors track these changes as a core issue in their home market.

Other advantages are a Turkish interface and documentation, local support teams and partner networks across the country. On the other hand, multinational groups that must run several countries' accounting standards at once will usually also consider ERP products of foreign origin.

What are the main Turkish ERP products?

Logo Yazılım

Logo groups its products on its website by company size: micro (1 to 10 employees), small (11 to 50), medium (50 to 250) and large (over 250). Tiger and Netsis are its long-established product families, and the site also highlights ERP series offered under the Edge name. Starting from the size table is the quickest way to narrow down which family fits you.

Mikro Yazılım

Mikro splits its products by headcount: Mikro Run for businesses with 1 to 5 employees, Mikro Jump for 5 to 50, and Mikro Fly for 50 and above. It also has a separate product for accounting firms. It offers a familiar path for small businesses that want to start with bookkeeping and stock and move up a tier as they grow.

Akınsoft

Akınsoft, headquartered in Konya, has been operating since 1995. Its main product family is Wolvox ERP, and its product list includes MRP, CRM, human resources, general accounting and basic bookkeeping modules. The vendor says it serves everyone from small businesses to large companies, and it also offers software for specific sectors such as retail, hospitality and education.

Canias ERP

Canias is developed by IAS, which is headquartered in İstanbul. The vendor's website highlights production-heavy sectors such as automotive, packaging, electronics, textiles, machinery, food and metal. It can be deployed in the cloud or on premises. Its distinguishing feature is deep customization through its development platform, TROIA. That flexibility is a real strength, and it is also a factor that can stretch the project timeline if it is not planned well.

Nebim and Uyumsoft

Nebim V3 is an ERP focused on retail, particularly apparel, wholesale and home textiles; its website lists well-known apparel brands that run store chains as references. Uyumsoft offers ERP, CRM and human resources solutions for large companies, alongside cloud-based products and e-transformation services for small businesses.

This list is not exhaustive, and other local products may suit specific sector needs. What matters is building your shortlist by looking at how a product is used by similar businesses in your sector.

Are abas and SAP Turkish ERP products?

No. abas, which often appears in comparison lists, is an ERP developed in Karlsruhe, Germany, and owned by the Forterro group; its vendor positions it for mid-sized manufacturers with 50 to 500 employees. SAP and Microsoft Dynamics are also of foreign origin. These products are sold and localized in Türkiye through partners. Being local or foreign is not a measure of quality on its own, but if the license is priced in a foreign currency, build exchange rate risk into your cost planning.

How should ERP and CRM be planned together?

Some local vendors offer a CRM module integrated with their ERP; Akınsoft and Uyumsoft, for example, list CRM among their products. The benefit of an integrated module is that the customer record, the quote and the invoice live in the same database. If your sales team is large or you need advanced marketing automation, running a separate CRM and integrating it with the ERP is also a common route. How complex your sales process is decides which path fits.

What criteria matter when choosing a Turkish ERP?

1. Sector fit: Manufacturing, retail, distribution and service businesses have very different needs. Ask the vendor for references in your sector.
2. Scale and user count: Plan for your user and transaction volume three years from now, not today.
3. E-documents and regulation: Confirm that the e-document applications you use are ready and up to date, and which integrator the vendor works with.
4. Implementation team: An ERP project depends as much on the team installing it as on the software. Ask about the experience of the people who will run your project and how many projects they have delivered together.
5. Balance between customization and upgrades: Every customization is a piece that has to be retested at each version upgrade. Avoid customizing where a standard process can do the job.
6. Cloud or on premises: Who will manage the servers, and how will backup and access work?
7. Total cost: Add up licenses or subscriptions, per-user fees, annual maintenance, consulting hours and training.
8. Data migration and exit: Agree at the start how existing data will be migrated and whether you will be able to export your data later.

How should the selection process run?

The first step is a needs analysis: which processes will go into the system, which reports the business cannot run without, and which software it must integrate with. With that list, shortlist no more than three products. In demos, ask to see scenarios built on your own sample data rather than the vendor's ready-made script, such as one order flowing from quote to invoice to shipment. Then talk to reference customers, ideally in your own sector. Finally, splitting the rollout into phases by module or location, rather than going live all at once, reduces risk.
