What should you expect from an e-commerce agency?

Hosted platform or custom build?

Hosted platforms such as Shopify (and ikas, T-Soft and Ticimax in the Turkish market) give you a fast start, regular updates and ready-made integrations. They come with a monthly subscription and the platform's own rules. A custom build makes sense when you need non-standard pricing, a B2B dealer structure or deep integration with your ERP.

How do you keep your traffic when you migrate a store?

The biggest risk when you switch platforms is losing search traffic because old product and category URLs disappear. Before the move, we list the old URLs, set a permanent (301) redirect from each one to its new equivalent, and watch for errors in Search Console after the switch.
